About the role
Satispay is hiring a Data Analyst for Analytics Engineering in Milan to drive the data layer behind its B2C Growth and Marketing org.
You join the G&M B2C Analytics team and own the Data Mesh layer: designing data models, building pipelines, and shipping AI-powered agentic workflows that let stakeholders self-serve. You also define key metrics, build dashboards in Hex or Looker, and analyze the consumer funnel (acquisition, engagement, retention, monetisation) alongside Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product.
Stack: SQL, dbt, Python, Git, notebook-based analytics. The role expects 5+ years in data engineering, BI, or analytics, with hands-on Data Mesh and ETL experience, plus practical fluency with AI tools (prompting, agent APIs).
