    About the role

Cursor (Anysphere) is hiring a Data Analyst for its User Operations team, remote (US-based). Cursor builds the AI code editor used by professional programmers, with a small, talent-dense, very flat team.

The User Operations team owns the support experience from individual developers to large enterprise accounts. As Cursor scaled across regions, support data outgrew the org's ability to make sense of it. This role owns the data and reporting layer for Support: ticket volume, SLA attainment, resolution times, CSAT and sentiment, and capacity across regions and tiers.

You would also maintain the multi-signal model behind bug and issue prioritisation, so Engineering sees a defensible picture of what impacts users most, and close the loop between what users report and what gets built. Strong SQL is the primary toolkit, with dbt or equivalent for models. Around five years in analytics is expected.

What stands out: support data as direct product signal at one of the fastest-growing AI dev-tool companies.
