    About the role

    Pennylane is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for its Customer Care vertical, remote across Europe (Italy fits the CET-aligned policy).

    You join the Science & Analytics team focused on Customer Care (3-5 people) inside the 40+ person Data department. The team is a sparring partner for Customer Success and Partner Success leadership: identify opportunities to improve customer and partner outcomes, anticipate the most important questions before stakeholders ask, and feed business strategy with rigorous analyses.

    You also own dbt models in the Data Warehouse for your domain and contribute to shaping the Data Engineering roadmap.

    Required: senior analytics experience, comfort with Python, Redshift, dbt. Strong business sense and statistical thinking.

    What stands out: the analytics team owns dbt modeling themselves (not just consumes), so this is a real analytics engineering role. Direct relationship with Care leadership means the analyses you ship change how the team operates.
