About the role
Docebo is hiring a Senior Manager of Data Analytics to lead its analytics function, anchored in North America on a hybrid schedule (three days in office). Docebo is an AI-powered learning platform serving over 3,000 customers, dual-listed on TSX and NASDAQ.
Reporting to the Director of Data, you would manage and mentor a team of analysts, partner with leaders across Finance, RevOps, Customer Success, and GTM, and act as the data org's primary presence in North America. The role bridges the Core Data team and executive stakeholders across North America and EMEA, turning business questions into executive KPIs.
The toolkit is modern BI plus Python and SQL, with data warehousing in Snowflake and strong data modelling. They want five or more years in analytics, including at least two leading analyst teams.
Note for Italian applicants: this role anchors North America and is hybrid in-office, so it is not Italy-eligible.
