About the role
Omni is hiring a Software Engineer for its Growth Data Platform, remote within the US (based in San Francisco). Omni is an AI analytics platform ($1.5B Series C) that turns company data into a governed source of truth for analytics and AI, feeding trusted data into tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Slack.
This role builds the internal data platform that turns messy go-to-market signals into reliable, auditable workflows. You would design queues and workers for enrichment, routing, assignment, and activation, and integrate external sources across CRM, sales engagement, ads, and intent-data vendors.
The stack is modern data engineering: Python and SQL, dbt, Snowflake and BigQuery, Spark, and orchestration with Airflow and Dagster on AWS. Around two or more years of experience is expected.
What stands out: data-platform engineering at an AI-analytics company, where the pipelines you build directly power GTM decisioning rather than a generic warehouse.
