Twilio is hiring a Staff ML Engineer for the Trust Intelligence Platform team, US-only remote.
You design and operate the cloud-native data and ML infrastructure that powers every customer interaction. Concrete work: feature stores, real-time and batch pipelines, MLOps tooling for training/evaluation/inference, integration of event streams from Twilio Messaging, Voice, and Segment. Cross-team partner with Product, Data Science, and Security on resilient and compliant services.
Stack: Python and SQL, modern ML orchestration tooling, container orchestration, infrastructure-as-code. Twilio runs on AWS.
