Sul ruolo

RealAdvisor is hiring a business-oriented Data Scientist to turn product, marketing, CRM, and transaction data into decisions that support subscription growth. The role combines hands-on analysis, experimentation, machine learning, and communication with product, marketing, engineering, and country teams.

You will build reliable analytical datasets, measure feature use and retention, design A/B tests, and develop models for churn, segmentation, revenue optimization, and forecasting. The work also includes evaluating acquisition efficiency and campaign ROI, maintaining data quality, and presenting results through dashboards and clear data stories. The posting asks for at least three years of data science or analytics experience, strong Python and SQL, and the ability to own end-to-end delivery with limited supervision.
