About the role
Anthropic is hiring an Applied AI Architect in Milan to help large enterprises adopt Claude safely and effectively. This is a customer-facing pre-sales architecture role, connecting technical discovery, solution design, evaluation, and deployment rather than building Anthropic's core models.
You will partner with account executives, guide customers through Claude API and Claude for Work integrations, design scalable enterprise architectures, and help teams build evaluation frameworks for their use cases. The role also turns recurring integration patterns into feedback for Product and Engineering. It requires at least five years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical account management, plus strong communication across executives and engineering teams.
