About the role
Satispay is hiring a Data Analyst to lead data and analytics for all Finance initiatives, based in Milan on a hybrid schedule. Satispay is an Italian fintech building a full financial platform, with around 6 million users across Europe.
The role sits in the Growth & Marketing team and owns financial analytics end to end: P&L and cash flow models, plan vs actual monitoring, KPI frameworks, and investor-relations reporting for top-tier VC stakeholders. You would also contribute financial data models and pipelines to the company's data mesh layer.
The stack is modern: SQL, dbt, and Python, with Git and notebook tools like Databricks or Hex, plus Looker for visualisation. Around five years across data engineering, analytics, and BI is expected, ideally with FP&A or Controlling exposure.
